INTERVIEW REQUUIRED FOR POSITION!

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: (MAJOR END RESULTS FOR WHICH POSITION IS ANSWERABLE)

• Interact with key automotive accounts to ensure timely communications regarding order status of new and pending P.O.’s.

• Enter Automotive orders in S2K, actively maintain requested ship dates on customer orders o Process Pick Tickets and Packing Slips for Automotive, Marine and Specialty orders.

• Perform all Clerical functions in the shipping department.

- Main point of contact for EDI transactions a. Receive Customer P.O.’s b. Manual creation of labels to match EDI numbers (VW) c. Acknowledge P.O.’s for all Automotive - POs d. Create ASN’s as required utilizing True Commerce EDI.

- Report daily on each of the following a. Received Order Summary – Automotive b. Create Open Order Report – Automotive c. Shipping Summary – All Divisions d. - - - Weekly Forecast Summary – Automotive e. Maintain Automotive customer forecasts in S2K

• Call and schedule third party shipping carriers for all pisions o Fill in for Marine Production Coordinator during absence, PTO, etc.

• With Production Manager and Materials Organizer, review incoming orders and create production scheduling to ensure order priority is understood.

• Create manufacturing orders
