Pipeline Scheduler, Sr. jobs in Paramus, NJ

Join Community Home Health Care as an Applicant Scheduler, where you will assist with the hiring process of our home health aides. You will be responsible for following up on leads and scheduling applicants to appropriate offices. This is a full-time position (Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm).

Scheduler Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred
• Entry-level computer skills
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-orientated and organized
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Schedule applicants to appropriate offices
• Utilize Smartsheet for reapply approvals
• Send reminders for all appointments
• Activate leads in Salesforce
• Answer incoming calls
• Follow up on competitor rates and benefits on downtime
