Pipeline Scheduler, Sr. jobs in Trenton, NJ

As a scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of flooring projects with our clients and installers. You will ensure that the projects are completed on time with the highest standards of quality. You will also handle any issues or changes that may arise during the installation process.

Your main duties will include:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers and installers

- Resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the installation process

- Providing excellent customer service and follow-up

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- At least one year of experience in scheduling, customer service, or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- A positive and professional attitude

- Knowledge of flooring products and installation methods is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
