Collaborate closely with marketing creatives teams, business development, and senior leadership to align strategies and insights. Regularly review and fine-tune the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Design and oversee analytics dashboards that track performance, emerging trends, and overall effectiveness of marketing efforts. Ensure all marketing campaign selection, analytics initiatives comply with company policies, particularly in risk and control activities. Maintain documentation and procedures that align with audit standards. Oversee the adherence to company policies, audit controls, and relevant regulatory requirements in all marketing analytics operations. Required to be in South Jordan Office at least 2 days per week. Must live in commuting distance of South Jordan, Utah.
