POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the recruiting, administrative and compliance functions of the Human Resources Department including hiring of staff, administering the HRIS and compensation systems for accuracy, benefit programs, leave, workers compensation, and credentialing while acting as adviser to company policies and practices. Additionally, this position will partner with the DEI team to track trends and offer meaningful feedback to leadership regarding DEI initiatives.
Compensation: $130K/year
Schedule: Hybrid, 20% onsite/week
