The company is located in Bellevue but the project sites are located throughout the Puget Sound area. The immediate need is for a superintendent to manage a wildlife sanctuary project in Arlington.

This is a career opportunity to work with an industry leader that primarily works on negotiated projects and provides a high level of construction and preconstruction services to their clients. Types of projects you will have the opportunity to work on include: new ground-up commercial projects and remodels. Also numerous retail tenant improvement projects in neighborhood shopping centers. Individual projects can range in size from $500,000 to over $5,000,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
