Job Title: Motor Grader Operator

Responsibilities:

1. Operate the motor grader precisely to perform grading and leveling activities according to project specifications.

2. Ensure proper maintenance of the motor grader and conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions.

3. Safely and efficiently operate the motor grader to achieve desired grade and slope, considering soil conditions and terrain features.

4. Collaborate with the project manager and team members to determine specific grading requirements for each project.

5. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations on construction sites at all times.

6. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fueling, lubricating, and cleaning the motor grader.

7. Report any equipment malfunctions or necessary repairs to the project manager.

8. Transport the motor grader to and from job sites as required.

9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Motor Grader Operator.

2. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

3. Strong knowledge of operating motor graders and ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.

4. Ability to work independently and demonstrate personal responsibility for job completion.

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices on construction sites.

7. Physical stamina and ability to work in diverse weather conditions and environments.

8. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

9. Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and physical exam.
