Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors - Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards - Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues - Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field - Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog or ProCore - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Familiarity with Bluebeam or other digital blueprint software - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications - Experience supervising subcontractors and managing contracts As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.
