We seek an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team in the roles of Construction Estimating and Business Development. The Estimator will be responsible for functions related to developing competitive bid estimates as well as Construction Management projects, budgets and negotiated work projects. Business development efforts will extend to expanding our network of contacts and range of work through proven sales and marketing techniques.

Responsibilities include managing and performing all aspects of estimating and bidding. Estimate types will range from preliminary and conceptual budgets to fully developed “hard bid” projects. Contract types will include both construction management and traditional general contract bidding. This position plays an integral role in the Pre-construction phase of projects and is the project lead prior to a project transitioning to an actively working project.
The estimator is responsible for developing estimating department standards and procedures. The estimator works closely with management. An important role is client development. Client development includes building effective relationships with suppliers, external clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
