Additionally, Planner/Scheduler - Construction understands and utilizes standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools. Prepares plans and schedules for small and routine projects. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Planner/Scheduler - Construction works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Job Description : We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Connecticut Civil Engineering Construction Inspector to play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.

    Responsibilities :

    • Oversee construction projects in Connecticut, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to contract specifications.
    • Produce detailed daily inspection reports, summarizing contractor staffing, work activities, and production levels to facilitate seamless payment processing.
    • Review and maintain accurate T&M records as required.
    • Utilize expertise to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

    Qualifications :

    • Associate degree or bachelorÂ’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
    • Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • NETTCP - Paving Inspector Preferred
    • NETTCP - Concrete Inspector Preferred
