We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded General Construction and Site Contracting firm located in Bucks County Pennsylvania who has built its reputation within the industry on the foundation of delivering a quality product for over forty years. We are a family owned and operated business that has experience managing all types and sizes of General Construction & Site Work projects.
Position Details:
On Site: Approx. within (1) hour radius of Richboro, PA
Hours: 6AM-3PM
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Dependent Upon Experience

Daily Tasks:
Supervision
· Supervise field construction efforts, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule
· Oversee quality control and contribute to project close-out
· Enforce compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and other applicable safety requirements to the project
Progress Tracking
· Coordinate Subcontractors activities and schedules
· Attend and actively participate in project meetings
· Communicate field issues to management team, owners, and designers
· Maintain up to date records of progress throughout the project duration
Misc. Labor
· Self-perform miscellaneous carpentry tasks as needed
o Misc. patching
o Installation of doors, frames, and hardware
o Minor framing
o Layout
Experience:
· Ability to use Microsoft Office and PlanGrid
· Ability to use common tools on projects and complete minor work
· Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
· Ability to move and handle materials in excess of 50lbs
