Guided Wealth Advisors, Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a highly motivated and licensed Financial Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our client service and financial planning efforts. The ideal candidate possesses the necessary licenses (Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health) and is eager to grow with our practice, eventually transitioning into a Financial Advisor role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Meetings: Attend client meetings, actively listen, and take detailed notes on client discussions, concerns, and goals.
• CRM Utilization: Effectively use our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to document client interactions, maintain up-to-date client records, and track the progress of financial plans.
• Financial Planning Assistance: Collaborate with the advisory team to assist in the development and refinement of financial plans, providing input and recommendations based on client needs and objectives.
• Investment Research: Support the team in conducting investment research, staying on top of market trends, and identifying potential opportunities for clients.
• Trade Execution: Execute trades and transactions in accordance with client instructions and firm policies.
• Client Service: Provide top-level client service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• Must hold or willing to obtain within six months the Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health licenses.
• Previous experience in a similar financial planning role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other financial planning tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $58,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
•  Competitive benefits packing include PTO and paid holidays.
