Grow with the best landscaping team in town! This position is for individuals with at least one year of professional landscaping experience. Your job would be to work beneath our more experienced landscape installation crew leaders to install plants, hardscaping, drainage systems and more. We are looking for individuals interested in a fast-paced, outdoor job who can learn the trade and grow with our company.

Our team of design consultants and landscape installers work together to bring beautiful landscape designs to life. From creating stone pathways, to planting privacy shrubs, to installing drainage systems, The Plant Guys offer a wide variety of outdoor services.

Landscape installers plant trees and shrubs, create beds, install landscape features, mulch beds, and generally transform landscapes. As they advance, they can also drive our trucks and tow our trailers to bring equipment and materials to job sites. This is a job that involves a lot of hard, manual labor, but one which creates visible results on a daily basis.

Work alongside other motivated individuals on our installation team, where we offer on-the-job training, paid lunches, and lots of room to grow!

- No CDL required to drive our trucks and tow our trailers, but must have a relatively clean driving record. Drivers make $18/hr and those who can tow our trailers safely make $19.50/hr .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
