We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax, bank reconciliation, and accounting software.

```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct account analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Provide support during tax preparation and filing processes
- Interpret financial reports and provide insights to management for decision-making

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and ability to prepare accurate tax returns
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation processes and ability to identify discrepancies
- Experience working with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Solid understanding of journal entries and general ledger maintenance
- Ability to interpret financial reports and provide meaningful insights
- Financial acumen to analyze data and make informed recommendations
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience conducting account analysis to identify trends or issues
- Familiarity with financial auditing processes and procedures
