Job Details

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Collaborating with project managers to gather necessary information for ongoing projects while ensuring optimal cash flow management.

Projecting accounts payable based on anticipated accounts receivable.

Proficiently managing the books of multiple companies.

Delivering financial reports to the owner.

Conducting bank account reconciliations.

Maintaining meticulous records through regular reconciliations to facilitate prompt and accurate quarterly financial statements.

Demonstrating proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in the construction field.

Handling various accounting tasks including AP, AR, G/L, weekly bank reconciliations, cash management, and providing cash flow reports to the owner.

Demonstrating experience with Work In Place (WIP).

Having certification in payroll management.

Overseeing payroll operations.

Managing Accounts Receivables effectively.

Managing Accounts Payables efficiently.

Assuming full responsibility for the Accounting Department
