Position Summary:

We are looking for a focused, driven, influential Plant Manager for our Rock Hill Location.  This individual must be aligned with our company vision and clearly communicate expectations within all resource groups of the plant team. All in, all the time. Go CDI!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for Budgetary success – Top line Revenue, gross profit and net profit
2. LMA; Lead, manage and hold accountable – Plant Team
3. Responsible for the Safety and Wellness of the plant
4. Responsible for standardization of processes aligned with CDI requirements
5. Responsible for the plant organization and cleanliness.  

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and/or related plant management experience; seven to ten years minimum preferred.
• Demonstrated application of CDI's core values.
• Experience leading and directing work of others.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Outstanding leadership skills; ability to motivate, train, develop and evaluate subordinates.
• Excellent Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; capable of analyzing reports and composing written reports and communications.
