HR
Systems implementationAssess existing HR tools (onboarding, payroll, time tracking, commission, training, performance evaluations, bonus/KPI tracking) across Boxoffice entitiesRationalize existing suite of HR tools and implement new tools aiming at : providing clear HR related information at any time (headcount, payroll)supporting Boxoffice HR related financial and operational decision making Operations - Own the daily operations of HR tools
- Recruiting
- On and offboarding
- Payroll processing
- Benefit renewal negotiation & enrollment
- Train managers and staff to support adoption of HR tools
- Collaborate with local, global and HQ finance and HR teams to streamline HR operations and reporting
- Ensure all HR personnel files are securely and digitally stored, and are continuously updated with all employee-specific documents ie., performance evaluations, salary adjustments, promotions
- Compliance
- Develop and enforce company policies
- Monitor HR legal regulations impact for Boxoffice including annual update of Employee Handbook
- Collaborate with top management, sales and operations to ensure deployment of compliance strategies
- Employee relationships
- Inform staff about existing and future HR policies
- Be point of contact for staff for all HR matters
- Manage employee litigation and/or immigration cases. Liaise with US and Canada HR legal counsel as necessary
Profile
- 5/10 year HR operations experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Tech savvy and track record in implementing and operating relevant HR tools
- Familiar with US / Canada HR regulations
- Ability to think strategically and build a vision for HR, and to roll up their sleeves to translate the vision into daily operations
