Plant Human Resources Manager designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for a plant. Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. Being a Plant Human Resources Manager may be responsible for negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Plant Human Resources Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Plant Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources required with minimum of 3 years of human resources experience. Experience with HRIS or HR/Payroll software preferred. Knowledge of basic human resources principles and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Current CPR/BLS certification
