Plant Maintenance Manager oversees the plans for routine preventative maintenance and scheduled turnaround events at a plant or production facility. Estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders. Being a Plant Maintenance Manager leads inspection to ensure an effective preventative maintenance procedure and framework. Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime. Additionally, Plant Maintenance Manager utilizes planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. Typically uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking and planning maintenance. Manages spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of required parts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. May require a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Plant Maintenance Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Plant Maintenance Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     Position Summary:

    As a Janitorial Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating janitorial operations across multiple locations. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and executing daily cleaning operations, supervising and training staff, conducting inspections, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Janitorial Manager in planning and executing daily cleaning operations.
    • Supervise and train janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
    • Conduct inspections, manage inventory, and address staff concerns.
    • Assist in recruitment, record-keeping, and budget management.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in relevant meetings and training sessions.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training is a plus.
    • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
    • 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
    • Multiple location experience required.
    • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
    • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
    • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
