Working as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) with our environmental services team, you will:  

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents through maintenance 
• Be responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment 
• Make repairs in occupied apartments, as well as repaint and shampoo carpets in turnover unit 
• Actively participate as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals 
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

• Availability weekdays and some weekends

Full-time

$20.00-$25.00/hr 

*depending on experience
