PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARYAs a Service Manager you will train, develop, and lead the field service personnel who perform services, including installation, maintenance, drains and repairs.You are responsible to ensure the highest level of quality, service, and safety, along with driving revenue and all KPI’s of the department.ACCOUNTABILITIES- Plan the day: assess manpower availability, works with dispatch on calls
- Tech huddle
- Review prior day invoices and jobs, approve next day jobs
- Review prior day KPI and Pace
- 1 on 1’s - 2 techs per day
- Ride along - 3 ride alongs a week, 3 different techs
- Check restocking manifest with Logistics Manager to assure restocking of inventory is accurate
- Monitor KPI’s accordingly
- Shape company culture from leading by example
- Knowledge on all company policies, procedures, and guarantees
- Confirm customer care were done same day
- Daily morning meeting with other Service Manager and QC each day to determine their path to win the day
- WEEKLY -Manager report
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES- 5 years of total management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- OSHA 10 Card
- Great communication skills
- Previous experience in training, coaching, leading, managing others
- Service System certified, advanced service system
- Service management training
