We’re looking for a Plumbing/Drains Service Manager to lead our team of talented technicians. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ consecutive experience in the industry.

As a Plumbing or Drains Service Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to optimize the customer experience, drive revenue, maximize profitability, and build long lasting loyal relationships with technicians.

By working closely with dispatch, you will match the right technician to every job, helping achieve the company’s financial goals. Monitor and identify technicians training needs thru one on one meetings, ride along, and job reviews.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive department revenue using ethical practices thru training, accountability, and determination.
• Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Perform ride-along with technicians and ensure proper service steps are performed.
• Coach technicians on opportunities for improvement
• Work alongside customer dispatch to ensure overall achievement of daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
• Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
• Review and approve payroll reports for technicians.
• Continue to grow the department by recruiting and hiring for the department.
• Stay up to date of the latest technologies and best practices in our industry
• BE WILLING TO PERSONALLY DEVELOP YOURSELF WITH BOOKS AND ONGOING TRAINING.
• PREPARE FOR AND HOLD WEEKLY MEETINGS TO COACH AND GROW THE TEAM PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY

Requirements

• Proven track record in service, with minimum 2 years’ consecutive management
• Ability to inspire and lead others.
• Ability to see the bigger picture.
• Dynamic and persuasive communicator
• Highly reliable and often working nights and weekends
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desires to motivate technicians to be better tomorrow than they are today.
• Computer competent, mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Apple computer experience is a plus.)
• Industry software experience such as Service Titan *not required
• Basic industry business knowledge.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.

Compensation:

Salary $75,000 to $ 100,000.00 Base with monthly revenue bonuses, quarterly & annual profitability bonuses.
