Rapidly growing company plumbing and HVAC company is seeking an experienced journeyman plumber to lead the commercial plumbing team as the general manager.

• Analyze cash flow and profitability reports project by project and take appropriate actions to ensure proper customer service and company profitability.
• Seek potential project opportunities and prepare project estimates.
• manage project documentation and life cycle including Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Project Issues, Requests for Information, and Architect's Supplemental Instructions.
• Manage Project issues and changes by write & submitting all change orders, and follow up on all change order status and coordinating with the project manager or project foreman
• Quality Control of all commercial projects in progress.
• Maintain efficient communication with general contractors, and project managers concerning project status, and all project related items.

Qualification

• Journeyman Plumbing License
• 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing
• 2 years of estimating commercial plumbing projects
• 2 years of experience managing project teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
