Hudson Plumbing is a fast-growing business in Denver, Colorado. Our work involves complex, challenging, but fulfilling NEW construction on multi-unit residential and commercial projects.

Estimator / Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Estimating / Bid Management
• Take-Offs
• Project Management
• Leading a team of 2-5
• Project Scheduling
• Budget Tracking
• Material Oversight
• Schedule and coordinate tasks
• Adhere to and enforce safety protocols
• Constant Documentation, Daily Job Reports

Requirements:

• Previous estimating experience 1-2 years minimum
• Previous experience with construction software (Procore, BlueBeam etc.)
• Master Plumbing License
• Strong knowledge of construction process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional Problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
