Job Description & Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plumbing division's operations, including project planning, execution, and completion. This involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Leads a team of supervisors and technicians, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure that they perform their duties effectively. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is a priority for the Plumbing Manager. This involves maintaining open lines of communication with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly, and ensuring that projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
