The Branch Manager role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with high energy, business & financial acumen, a strong customer service focus, and a desire to build and lead a talented team of technicians and managers for our new location.

With full P&L accountability, this role is responsible for driving business development, training, and exceptional customer service for a thriving multi-million-dollar operation.

Essential Job Functions:

• Use the Golden Rule as your compass at every point of contact.
• Responsible for the overall financial performance of the branch.
• Develop a comprehensive business plan aligned with the company's mission and objectives; lead the team to execute it with excellence.
• Drive revenue growth and gross profit goals by exploring new opportunities for business development; expanding service lines and geographic locations.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals with responsibility for achieving high levels of sales conversion rate, revenue growth, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop and implement organizational development strategies that promote career growth and training opportunities for employees.
• Attract, retain, and nurture top talent to drive exceptional performance and meet revenue and profitability targets in line with the company's KPIs and performance-driven business model.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate high levels of collaboration cross-functionally.
• Demonstrates expertise in business strategy development, communication, and execution.
• Exceptional analytical abilities.

Experience/Education:

• 5 years’ experience in the home service industry in a managerial role with a proven history of; P&L Accountability, Sales, Training/Development, Sales/Operations; Customer Service.
• Experience in Plumbing a PLUS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suites (Excel a MUST).
• Experience with Service Titan a Plus!
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration is highly preferred.
• Sales experience is strongly desirable.

Compensation:

• Competitive Pay- Starting at $110,000 annually with opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses.
