Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plumbing installations and repairs: You will be responsible for assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in various light commercial settings, such as offices, retail spaces, and small businesses. This includes working with pipes, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing equipment under the guidance of a Master Plumber.
• Assisting with diagnostics and troubleshooting: You will work alongside experienced plumbers to assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues. This involves conducting inspections, identifying problems, and assisting in implementing effective solutions.
• Maintenance and servicing: Regular maintenance is essential for optimal plumbing performance. You'll help perform routine inspections, conduct preventive maintenance tasks, and assist in resolving plumbing-related challenges, such as unclogging drains or replacing faulty parts.
• Compliance with regulations and safety standards: It is important to adhere to local codes, regulations, and safety standards while performing plumbing work. You will follow guidelines, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Team collaboration: You will work closely with other members of our plumbing team, as well as other departments, to ensure smooth project coordination and completion. This includes effective communication, assisting in task delegation, and providing support as needed.
• Customer service: You will interact with clients during on-site visits, demonstrating professionalism and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experienced Plumbing Technicians must: Have a minimum of 3 years of plumbing service and repair experience.
• Experience must consist of plumbing service work. Commercial experience a plus!
• Plumbing Technician must live in Southern NJ or Southeastern PA
• Must be available for evenings and weekends, typically 1 weekend per month.

Compensation: Starting from $30-$35/HR
