YOUR DAY TO DAY

You work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday on site.

You start by refining standardized accounting procedures, ensuring they are not just efficient but meticulously designed for spot-on accuracy. Simultaneously, you're laying down the groundwork for robust internal controls, guaranteeing the security of our financial transactions. Your midday is spent evaluating, implementing, and optimizing systems to keep our operations seamlessly connected. Your role extends beyond the numbers as you conduct training sessions for the accounting team, ensuring they not only understand the ins and outs but can navigate our financial tools with confidence.

The afternoon calls for a deep dive into account reconciliation, swiftly investigating and resolving discrepancies. Your meticulous eye for detail comes to the forefront during the critical month-end and year-end closing processes, where you review financial statements to guarantee accuracy and completeness. You're the integrator of budgetary controls, the preparedness captain for internal and external audits, and the vigilant overseer of compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller
• Proficiency in ADP payroll service
• Mastery of QuickBooks
• Ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize accounting software systems
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
