Position Overview

We are a franchisee of Costa Oil. We offer a simple, hassle-free oil change experience. In and out in about 10 minutes, stay in the car, and no upselling.

We need technicians who are customer-service oriented, outgoing and positive. Obviously you’ll need to be good at changing oil (prior experience is nice, but we can train). We don’t do repairs – this involves primarily changing oil, replacing wiper blades/air filters, filling air in tires, and other light maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

• Keep customers happy!
• Oil Change services (learn top and bottom side)
• Assist manager with duties as assigned
• Keep shop clean and tidy

Qualifications:

• Must be customer-service oriented
• Must be SAFETY minded
• Must be flexible, easy to get along with
• Able to handle change (this is a franchised location with a Franchisee that intends to grow in the East Valley)
• Basic computer skills are needed
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs to oil pit and perform the basic duties of an oil change
• You will walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
• You may need to work in hot/cold weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
