Position Summary: 

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at ManifestU, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with influential brands and industry experts to produce powerful and engaging content. This position will be in charge of the entire marketing function for the company, including creating marketing course material, organic marketing, paid marketing, data and analytics, and helping to create engaging marketing content. We expect this role to play an extremely integral part in the future and development of ManifestU helping us reach more people with our message of financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing strategy and executing that strategy while working with various cross-functional departments.
• The ability to create marketing initiatives, SOP's, and course material from scratch with little to no guidance.
• Both product as well as technical marketing.
• Coordinate, integrate, and oversee all marketing efforts for newly acquired businesses and entities.
• Effectively communicate their vision to web development, e-commerce, and copywriting teams.
• Create robust and informative data-driven analytics to track the progress and success of marketing efforts.
• Provide high-level recommendations and insights on marketing strategies, tools, and benchmarks to business owners. 

Qualifications : 

• Expertise in all facets of digital marketing including product marketing.
• Experience working with many different departments across an organization.
• Experience scaling marketing efforts as a business grows.
• Experience developing strategy and an overall marketing vision for a brand or organization.
• Experience evaluating ongoing marketing efforts and the ability to quickly make adjustments and changes in a fast paced environment.
• Previous marketing agency or consulting experience is a plus.
