The Policy Processing Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Corporate Center, Honesdale, PA
Function
Responsible for maintaining the flow of work according to an established set schedule. Recognize production problems; correct or recommend correction to other data processing personnel. Responsible for production runs; balancing and control of the daily and periodical workload; be familiar with operation of all existing data processing equipment. Run data and information for all the departments of the bank. Responsible for the control, retention, storage and distribution of master documentation files and backup files; assisting with processing and support of electronic banking products and services.
EducationA high school diploma or equivalent.ExperienceGeneral banking experience preferred.SkillsGood keyboarding and PC skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365, and electronic banking. Highly effective communication skills. Must be accurate and detail oriented.HoursThe successful candidate must be able to work 20 hours per week; Monday – Thursday 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., Friday 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays on a rotating basis once a month with compensating day off during the week.
