We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Must be proficient in both Spanish and English language.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billings, warranties, and insurance claims........
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and social media
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist

-Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Familiarities with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
