We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the operations of our pool facility. The Pool Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, managing staff, and coordinating various pool activities and events. This is a leadership role that requires excellent supervisory skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise pool staff
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about safety protocols and customer service standards
- Oversee daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pool area and locker rooms
- Monitor pool activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate and schedule swimming lessons, water aerobics classes, and other pool programs
- Plan and organize special events at the pool facility, such as pool parties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all members and their guests
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations and lifeguarding procedures
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
