We are looking for pool industry professionals who are aligned with these values and who will commit to living them out daily within our company. We can teach you to clean a pool. What we want are the right people, committed and aligned with our values, for our company.

The Service Manager position at Ambiance is an office-based management role focused on serving our customers and techs through excellent communication and management skills. Field Tech experience is not required for this position, but experience as a swimming pool tech OR in similar field-based industries is a plus.

Job Skills and Hiring Requirements:

• Experience in the route-based services industry
• 1-year managerial experience preferred, not required
• Dependable and adaptable to the ongoing needs of employees and customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report
• Must have a valid driver’s license, 3 years of verifiable driving history, and clean driving record

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Resolve all customer complaints/issues
• Oversee a group of 10-15 pool techs
• Coordinate and optimize routes
• Make staffing decisions with pool techs
• Interview new hires
• Perform corrective action as necessary with proper record keeping.
• Providing weekly service bids
• Check trucks for cleanliness and routine maintenance
• Assist with inventory, staging, and customer needs

Compensation –This salaried position is paid weekly. Starting pay will depend on experience.$50K annually
