Position Description:
Under the direction of the Population Health Data Analytics Supervisor, conducts studies and analyzes data to evaluate Crouse Medical Practice’s performance in quality improvement.  Become fluent with the EMR system, currently Medent, in order to analyze data within medical reports and to help assist with Medent topics. Assist the Population Health Data Analytics Supervisor with data collection and reporting.  Provides assistance to the Medical Records Filing team.  Participates in special projects, as directed and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education/Certification/Licensure:
  • At minimum, an Associate's Degree in Health Management, Health Sciences or related field.
• Experience:
  • ​​​​​​Two (2) years of medical office experience working with health maintenance management.
  • Demonstrated organizational experience in a medical office. 
  • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Record and Practice Management Systems, preferably Medent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, computer and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
