In addition, Portfolio Manager may manage a team of portfolio manages. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1. Position: Portfolio Community Association Manager

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm*
Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 salary.
ROLE
The Portfolio Community Association Manager is responsible for the performance of the personnel and the maintenance of the physical properties or projects under his/her supervision in accordance with established company and Board policies and procedures. The Portfolio Manager maintains and retains community management accounts. The Manager will actively support respective community values, vision and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of leadership that allows residents needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction.
The Community Association Manager shall act as a liaison between Advance HOA Management and the assigned communities.
SUPERVISORY
Supervises all on-site maintenance and other personnel, as applicable.
