Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in post-closing activities
• Experience with improvement levy look-up and disbursement, tax look-up, and payments
• Knowledge of e-recording through Simplifile and preparing/sending paper recording packages
• Proficiency in Simplifile software
• Compensation starting at $60k and commensurate with experience
