Responsibilities

· Analyze the market to identify opportunities and develop novel wet wipe solutions, product ideas, and concepts

· To stay ahead of customer preferences and maintain a competitive edge, incorporate cutting-edge technologies and current market trends into product design

· Create impactful customer presentations highlighting product features, benefits, and technological advancements.

· Collaborate with Project and Commercial teams to provide comprehensive technical assistance for global projects.

· Identify opportunities, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and optimize costs by collaborating with strategic suppliers.

· Manage accurate and up-to-date specifications for ingredients and formulations. Address customer inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

· B.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Natural Science, Engineering (General), Chemical Engineering.

· 4 years’ experience in product development required, quality systems and formulation development knowledge a plus.

· Experience in wet wipes development is a strong plus.

· Must have the ability to independently manage multiple projects

· Must be willing to travel as needed.

Salary: $80K-$100K (BOE)
