    Essential Position Functions and Duties
    The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will assist the sales department with all required administrative duties and activities. 

    Assist salesmen in preparing quotes, contracts, and RFQ/RFI responses for customers. 
    Analyze, understand, and comply with contract terms and conditions.
    Communicate directly with current clients regarding commercial matters of the project.
    Conduct market research.
    Assist in the coordination of trade shows, advertisement and other marketing activities.
    Other various administrative duties as assigned. 


    Requirements

    Required Qualifications and Competencies
    1. Business Administration (B.A.) or equivalent 
    2. One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Preferred Qualifications and Competencies
    1. Basic understanding of Compressors technology or equivalent.
    2. Proficient in MS Office software.
    3. Excellent oral/written communication skills. 
    4. Good time management and planning skills.
    5. Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail.
    6. Excellent customer relations skills. 
    7. Maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations.
    8. Additional languages are an advantage but not a specific requirement.

    Physical and Environmental Requirements
    1. Downtown Houston office environment
    2. Able to work in a high-rise building 41st floor
    3. Able to lift up to 25 lbs
    4. Sit and stand for long periods of time at a time
