JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Responsible for providing strategic direction for all aspects of marketing our Casino and Racing facility including Advertising, Direct Marketing, Players Club, Promotions and Player Development in order to drive business results and improve our overall guest experiences.
• Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
• Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
• Develop and implement the annual overall marketing plan, budgets, goals and strategies that are in line with the overall business goals as determined by the General Manager.
• Oversee the development and implementation of all promotions and events including drawings, giveaways, parties, special events, outdoor events and more.
• Acts as a liaison with Maryland State Lottery Agency for all marketing activities.
• Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
• Six (6) years previous experience in the gaming industry, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to walk, sit or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the MSLA required of all Gaming Establishment employees. #oceandowns
