The Area Sales Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading, training, coaching, and mentoring sales teams across the Western region to achieve and surpass weekly sales targets. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this position requires seamless collaboration with various departments, including operations, marketing, and other key internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking an innovative Sales leader with a proven track record in successfully leading sales teams within the Residential Solar plus Storage renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be located within the Western region, possess comprehensive experience in managing sales organizations for residential outreach, as well as fostering community relationships, engaging with stakeholders like HOAs, and facilitating connections with new residential construction ventures.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Electriq Power considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
