PowerDB Inc. in College Station, TX is in search of a Part Time Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for a variety of financial and operational tasks including but not limited to budgeting/financial reporting and profitability. The Operations Manager will assist in the development and execution of key initiatives, project management and tracking, business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Management Responsibilities:

• • Sales support and other business development activities
• Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management

• Assist Sales staff and clients through quote, order, delivery and invoice processes
• Maintains accounting system
• Produce/Review financial reports
• Analyzes revenue and expenses against budget

• Assists in making financial decisions
• Investigates means to improve profitability
• Reviews and processes payments for the company
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business

Business Operations Responsibilities:

• Maintains oversight of staff salary, hours and benefits in payroll system
• Assists Sales staff with marketing efforts and client sales history
• Assists Technical Support staff as needed
• Oversees all facility aspects to ensure positive work environment
