Role You Will Play:

The Plant Operator is responsible for daily operations, routine maintenance, system troubleshooting, production reporting, responding to alarm conditions and making repairs. Work is performed under indirect supervision with results evaluated against achievement of set production and spending goals while adhering to policies, procedures, and professional conduct.

Background Profile:

• You have 5 years of experience in an electro-mechanical/facilities role
• You have 5 experience with instrument control systems including motors, blowers, pumps, and PLCs
• You are comfortable troubleshooting and determining next steps to find solution
• You are focused on safety and building a safety culture
• You have the ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and recommend alternative solutions
• You are willing to work overtime including call outs outside of normal business hours
• Nice to have:
  • Gas compression experience
  • Gas transportation experience
  • Technical Degree in a mechanical or electrical field
  • Military experience
