Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining inventory for product mixing
• Aid in loading trucks and totes of product
• Operate telehandler and forklifts to mix or load products
• Unload and process all incoming inventory, including unloading/loading tankers, flatbeds, and rail cars
• Mixing and blending of liquid fertilizers
• Maintain outside appearances of physical plant to ensure public image is positive
• Complete fertilizer blend sheets
• Aid in installing new tanks, mixers, lines, etc at the plant.
• Aid in maintenance and construction of plant projects, equipment, and buildings during off-season
• Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize operations in light of multiple priorities and conflicting demands
• Team player
• Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively

Hourly pay
