We are seeking a skilled and reliable Power Washer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using high and low pressure water equipment to clean various surfaces, ensuring a thorough and efficient cleaning process. This position requires attention to detail, strong physical stamina, and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain power washing equipment, including pressure washers, hoses, nozzles, and pumps.
• Clean surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, driveways, decks, fences, roofs and vehicles using high-pressure water spray.
• Remove dirt, grime, grease, oil, and other substances from surfaces effectively.
• Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning solution for each job.
• Prep surfaces by applying cleaning solutions, detergents, or degreasers as needed.
• Ensure proper safety precautions are followed, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and securing work areas.
• Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide estimates for power washing services.
• Complete work orders, paperwork, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects on schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in power washing, pressure washing, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of power washing equipment, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.08 - $24.18 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
