- Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am - 4pm
- Sunday & Monday: Off
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct motorcycle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2. Stay updated with the latest technical information and service techniques for BMW, Ducati, and Indian Motorcycles.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold dealership standards and ensure efficiency.
4. Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to ensure all tasks are completed timely and effectively.
5. Engage with customers when required, to explain service recommendations and provide a clear understanding of the work performed.
Qualifications:
- Must have a technician background, with specific experience in motorcycle repairs and maintenance.
- Prior expertise with BMW, Ducati, or Indian Motorcycles is a significant advantage.
- Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about motorcycles with an unwavering commitment to quality workmanship.
- Professional demeanor with top-notch communication skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly both independently and within a team setting.
Compensation:
- Flat rate techs over level 2: $25-$30/hour, based on experience.
- Entry-level and level 1 techs: $17-$20/hour.
