Premiere Systems specializes in A/V, lighting, shading, automation and networks. We are looking to add to our Naples branch with an Operation Manager.
What the Job Looks Like:- Provide leadership, training, and management for the project team
- Facilitate communication and teamwork between key functions of the branch
- Support the General Manager
- Identify issues with projects and facilitate steps toward mitigating losses
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate flow of materials
- Oversee the scheduling team with high-level outlook on forecast, status, and resourcing
Qualifications:- Minimum 2-year college degree preferred
- Minimum 7-year progressive experience in the A/V industry, with an emphasis on Project Management preferred
- Personnel training and management preferred
- Creative, Solution-oriented, Positive, Focused
