Responsibilities:- Racking and unracking steel parts.
- Handling responsibility in shipping and receiving.
- Hi-Lo Operation.
- Electrical and Plumbing Knowledge a plus
- Grinding and TIG Welding Knowledge a plus
Qualifications:- Must be organized, self-motivated, not afraid to get dirty, and be on time.
- General Labor in our processing, no experience necessary.
- Be able to lift 50lbs.
- Be able to stand for 8 hours.
- Be able to add & subtract.
- Have a very high attendance.
- Be very punctual (on time).
Compensation and benefits:- Starting pay - $17.00 per hour.
- Health ins after 90 days (employee participation).
- Most holidays paid after 1 year.
- 5 personal days after 3 years.
- 10 personal days after 5 years.
- Simple IRA after 2 years company contribution 1% to 3%.
