We are seeking a PPC Specialist to assist in managing and executing paid media channels including Google, Facebook and Amazon Ads. This role will require strong attention to detail, a passion for data and its ability to improve business outcomes, and the mindset to continuously grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work cross functionally with different departments on paid advertisement including Google, Facebook and other sponsored platforms.
· Contribute to the growth and implementation of campaign strategies, track delivery, create insightful performance reports, and enhance campaigns towards KPIs
· Research, find and bid of relevant long-tail keywords for 10K products
· Includes responsibility of advertising campaign analytics execution (audience identification, opportunity sizing, performance readouts and debugging, etc.)
· Manage bids/bidding strategy for campaigns to maximize progress towards KPIs while meeting CPA/ROAS limitations
· Work with in-house marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that improve our ad performance
· Monitor campaign performance data
· Work with President and Operation team to develop new approaches to grow our customer base through data driven marketing optimization
· Identify opportunities for improvement in advertising processes and strategy
· Set up and run A/B landing page tests using our A/B testing tool
Qualifications
· Deep understanding of advertising tools as well as trends in the advertising industry
· Independent, strategic, and creative thinker who is a strong team and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
· Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Understanding of advertising concepts just as CAC/LTV/ROAS
· Understanding of social media ad buying platforms, especially Google and Facebook Ads
· Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools such as Mode Analytics
· Proficiency with Excel for full data analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation
