We are looking for a Closing Coordinator/Settlement Processor to join a national title firm handling all aspects of the settlement processing and post-closing. Direct hire position with excellent benefits. The Closing Coordinator/Settlement Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

• Open files, clear title, prepare CD's, coordinate closing, record documents
• Assist team members with processing responsibilities to ensure the highest attainable level of customer service
• Serve as the point of contact for all parties to the transaction including, underwriters, clients and their respective counsel, lenders, brokers, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate the disbursement of funds, maintain escrow accounts, and process daily payments and deposits.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Must have 3 yeas or purchase and refinance experience within a title company
• Experience in SoftPro Select (Preferred)
• Able to maintain work priorities in an environment with multiple concurrent tasks and projects and maintain flexibility related to assigned tasks
• Able to work with minimum supervision in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• High energy, and positive attitude
